Common questions

Do I need a credit card to start the trial?

No. Your 14-day trial starts immediately with full access to your chosen plan. Add billing details only when you decide to continue.

Can I change plans later?

Yes, any time from your Billing page. Upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.

Is my company’s data really separate from other companies?

Yes. Every record is scoped to your company alone, and you can export a complete copy of your own data whenever you like.

What happens if I go over my plan’s user or lead limit?

You will see a clear message when you hit the limit, with the option to upgrade. Nothing is deleted or locked without warning.

Is Leadkeel AI included in the plans?

Growth includes the AI Email Writer (100 AI actions a month) and Business adds the Daily brief (300 a month). The full Leadkeel AI add-on — all four tools with 500 actions a month — is $29 per company on any paid plan. Nothing the AI suggests is saved until you approve it.

Why per company and not per user?

Most CRMs charge for every seat, so the bill grows each time you hire. Leadkeel charges one price for your team up to the plan limit, and extra users are just $4–5 a month.

Can I bring my existing leads?

Yes — import from Excel in a couple of minutes. Leadkeel checks for duplicates before anything lands.
